Viksit Dhara Foundation is a grassroots non-profit organisation working to build a just and inclusive society in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and beyond. We focus on mental health, early childhood care, youth empowerment, and inclusive education, especially for children and families from marginalised communities. Through our creches and day-care centres at brick kilns, we provide early education, nutrition, play-based learning, and safe spaces for children of migrant labourers. Our centres also support children with autism, disabilities, and developmental challenges through early intervention, therapy, counselling, and special education. We believe that every child deserves to grow with dignity, confidence, and equal opportunities. Alongside child development, we work on mental health awareness and counselling, offering support to individuals, families, and schools to address stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioural challenges with compassion and care. For young people, we provide career guidance, skill-based education, and job linkages to help them achieve meaningful livelihoods and reduce distress migration. Looking ahead, Viksit Dhara Foundation aims to strengthen women’s empowerment, local livelihood opportunities, and sustainable practices such as organic farming and environmental protection. Our vision is to create a society where children, youth, and families are supported through holistic care, inclusive education, and community acceptance future where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive. Research and Policy Advocacy: Strengthening systems through evidence-based research, impact assessments, and policy-level support to influence long-term structural change
